Marine Views, Wellington
Villas perched on hillsides, elegant kanuka trees and nikau palms, the low profile of
Kapiti Island, dramatic colours in the sky at the harbour entrance: all these images
mean Wellington to me. Using the transparent qualities of watercolour paint,
I incorporated these elements into a balanced design depicting my travels towards,
through and beyond the city itself.
