Wildwood Gallery is situated in the beautiful and inspiring Lake Taupo region, 13 kilometers south of Taupo Township at scenic Waitahanui, a renowned trout-fishing village on the Eastern side of the lake. On display in the gallery you will find fine art woodturning and paintings by husband and wife team, Robbie and Sue Graham.
Robbie's Original Award Winning woodturned art pieces are distinctive in style, showing magnificent attention to the finish. Recent pieces have been enhanced with subtle touches of acrylic paint and patinas, giving unique textured appearance to his woodturning. His woodturning style ranges from hollow vessels, elegant finely turned ornaments and multi-axis works.

Robbie doesn't just stick to woodturning he also creates sculptures for the garden, eg; Evolution series (koru sculptures), which are very popular.

Sue's original watercolour and acrylic paintings are on a wide range of subjects, include the inspirational local landscape, vibrant flowers, New Zealand native orchids and birds, rustic still life, semi-abstracts and whimsical themes. Her attractive selection of unframed paintings, perfect for travelers, are very reasonably priced for original artwork.
Also available are smaller art and craft items, suitable for gifts, made by local crafts people.
