We have some exciting news with Robbie winning several prizes in the National Association of Woodworkers' Art of Wood on line exhibition and competition, including the SUPREME award! The Franklin Art Awards is coming up next month, so if you'd like to see Sue's entries and all the other amazing artworks, they will be on display and also in an online gallery plus this year they are all in theme-inspired categories, such as 'Light", "Water", "Connections, etc. , please use this link

During August/September, two exhibitions at the Taupo Museum and Art Gallery are in the "not to be missed" category. We love Fiona Tunnicliffe's amazing pottery, which you know we sell at Wildwood Gallery, so if you are one of her many, many fans, check out her group exhibition there.
Taupo Museum Exhibitions

Another exhibition that will hit the heart-strings is the sale of some of art patron Gilli Sutton's art collection. Sadly Gilli, who encouraged, supported, promoted and purchased from so many of us lucky local artists has passed away, so you will see some of Sue's paintings and many other "pre-loved" art items at this very special exhibition. The sales' proceeds will go towards supporting young Taupo artists in the future.
